The website  www.ouestassist.fr includes a form intended to collect personal data relating to users in view  of exercising the main professional activity of OUEST ASSIST. This form, present on the contact page, has the following purpose: to allow users to ask a question, request information, establish a first contact in order to establish an estimate, among others.

In this form, the information marked with an asterisk is mandatory and must be provided. This is information necessary for the provision of services or the establishment or conclusion of the contract.

The data collected, which is moreover of a personal nature, is stored in the database for exclusively professional purposes. Indeed, the processing is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interests of the company OUEST ASSIST, insofar as the data make it possible to recontact individuals for the purpose of exercising a professional practice focused on administrative assistance.

Duration of retention of personal data

The data collected, consisting of data from prospects, customers or various contacts, must be kept in the so-called " active " database until the user's consent is withdrawn. or 3 years from the last contact made by the prospect (the last contact can, for example, materialize by any request such as documentation).
In accordance with the definition given by the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, storage in an active database corresponds to "  the duration necessary to achieve the objective (purpose of the processing) having justified the collection/recording of data ”.

Personal data for accounting purposes are kept for 10 years from the end of the financial year. This type of data concerns all documents relating to the operation of the micro-enterprise's accounts, in particular documents and supporting documents such as customer invoices, purchase orders, etc.
